We put our guides through these continual developments to ensure that our recommendations for restaurants, pubs and hotels remain the best. Everything that we recommend is something that we have sampled before and believe the service aligned with our own private premium touring business.
OUR GREEN JOURNEY
Here at Hidden Scotland, we are aiming to be a more sustainable tour company. Obviously we have a care for our country and this extends beyond, we recognise that we have to lower our emissions to maintain not only Scotlands wildlife but the whole world. We are doing this through a variety of different methods.
We have reduced paper usage by taking the majority of our business online, when we do occasionally have to print tickets, this is done on recycled paper. We also send all our offers online and customers are not required to print our their tickets further reducing our paper usage.
We have also recently upgraded our vehicles to align with Edinburgh's new low emission zone, leading to decreased Co2 emissions.
Finally we offset all our multi-day tours with a lot of driving by re-planting trees in the Scottish Highlands. We do this with @TREESFORLIFE as their goals align with our to maintain the beauty of the Scottish Highlands.
